SET DESIGN FOR NU SASS
SEEKING A SET DESIGNER FOR SPRING 2027 PRODUCTION OF HAPPY BY ROBERT CAISLEY
We are looking for a set designer and builder to join our team as we produce the black comedy Happy. Production meetings will be held monthly beginning in November/December.
Build and tech will begin on or around March 6, 2027.
The show will open on or around March 19, 2027.
The production will be Helen Hayes eligible.
$1,000 stipend for both design AND build, can be split between designer and builder if necessary.
Nu Sass also accepts cold submissions for designers.
Preference is given to marginalized gender directors, scripts written by marginalized gender playwrights, and directors who embrace gender blind casting.
